OK, I confess. This post is not about books that fly. Then again, it’s not difficult to launch a book in the air… but that would be a very disrespectful thing to do to my favorite form of media. This post is about aviation books. More specifically, it is about books written by pilots.
I recently purchased yet another book on aviation, written by a pilot. I found myself glued to the pages, unable to put it down. It was then that I realized, aviation books written by pilots may very well be my favorite kind of books! Every time I purchase a book on aviation, I find myself unable to put it down. I read these types of books faster than any other. As a matter of fact, not all were written by pilots, but most were.
